Celebrated author, gold medal Olympian, famous chef, and dog whisperer; I am none of these.
But, I am a business manager and finance leader with nearly two decades inside the financial guts of organizations most people never see clearly, and I'm here to help you stop guessing and start building.
I've scaled a startup from zero to a $37 million organization with hundreds of employees and under 7% turnover. I've delivered over 18 clean audits. I've managed multi-million-dollar budgets across retail, tech, education, social impact, mental health care, and advocacy, from a starting salary of $40K at a global fashion house to building infrastructure across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. I've dismantled processes that existed only because "that's how we've always done it," and secured millions in funding for organizations that needed it. I'm also a business owner, so when I ask about your margins, your pricing strategy, your multi-year projection, whether you're paying yourself, or the hire you're avoiding, it's because I've asked myself the same questions. I've seen what works, what breaks, and what nobody talks about until it's too late.
Now I bring all of that to the table for executives managing teams of hundreds, founders building from scratch, directors modernizing a department, and side hustlers doing the math on when to make the leap. Everything I do runs on three questions called the Order of Operations:
What's working and why?
What's blocking you, and what do you need?
What do you recommend to yourself?
These three questions have replaced every playbook, every framework, and every complicated methodology I've ever used. They work in boardrooms, in small businesses, in one-on-one sessions, and at a table with eight strangers who showed up because they're stuck. They're simple. And they cut through everything.
The Connector Series is a managed roundtable session at The Well in South Orange, NJ. Eight to ten people in a room. You bring the problem, the profit margin you've never calculated, the hire you're afraid to make, the decision you've been avoiding for six months. I bring nearly two decades of financial and operational experience to the room, and I use it to ask the question nobody else is asking, then I pull the answer out of the people sitting next to you. Because the answer is almost always already in the room, it just needs someone who can recognize it, name it, and direct the conversation until it surfaces. The connector series isn't a networking event. It's not a support group. It's a managed session where real problems meet real experience, and you leave with something you can act on.
1:1 Management for the leader who's ready to go deeper. Weekly sessions, direct access, and a partner who speaks both financial operations and human fluently. I've sat in the CFO chair. I know what your P&L is trying to tell you. And I know that the answer to most business problems isn't another spreadsheet, it's the conversation you haven't had yet.
I work with executives who can't say "I don't know" to their board, founders trapped inside what they've built, operators managing up without burning out, VPs caught between legacy processes and new mandates, and side hustlers doing the math on when to make the leap. If your business, your team, or your career has outgrown your gut but you haven't found the right person to think with, I'm here for you.
It's your well. It's your water. It's your bucket. I'm just here to help you pull it up.
Let's work together.
