What a business manager does

When a business question comes up, the business manager is the person it gets brought to. Cash. Contracts. Hiring. Vendors. Decisions. The math underneath it all. Sit with the question. Work the numbers. Give an answer.

I do this for a few companies on retainer. I do it through The Table and The Call for everyone else. The job is the same in every room: respond to the business questions that let the business owner do their thing.

Who is behind this

Andrew Sané, pronounced "Sah-nay." Eighteen years in finance and operations. Built a $27M business with hundreds of employees and contractors. Owner and operator of Pilates studios and several other small businesses over the years. Co-Active certified through CTI.

Why this practice exists

Most business owners don't have a thinking partner for business questions. They have an accountant who tells them what has already happened. They have a bookkeeper who records it. They have a lawyer for document and compliance matters. They might have a coach to help with motivation. There's a hole in the middle. The business questions go there, and nobody answers them.

This practice fills the hole.
