A two-hour working session with eight people and me.
Eight people sit at a table. Each person brings one question about their business. We work through them, one at a time. I run the room. The other seven listen, contribute, and learn from your question the way you'll learn from theirs.
By the end of two hours, every person at the table has had their question answered, and has heard seven other answers they didn't know they needed.
People who own a business. Run a side thing. Operate a practice. Manage a team. Lead a department. The label doesn't matter. The condition is the same: there's a question on your mind, and no one is in a position to answer it.
You don't need to be "ready." You don't need to be a certain size. You don't need to know what your question even is; bring the rough version, and I'll help you sharpen it in the room.
